INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer free international shipping for orders above ₹35,000. For orders below this amount, the shipping rates are dynamic and will be calculated at checkout.

TRANSIT TIME:

All items are shipped using the quickest and most reputable courier services, which typically deliver within 4-7 working days (after dispatch) within India. Delivery times may vary based on the region. We are not bound by these dates as the service is provided by third-party couriers.

For international shipping, delivery times range from 4 to 7 working days (after dispatch). We cannot be held liable for any unexpected delays caused by the carriers.

TRANSIT AND CHARGES:

As soon as the products are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. The entire order will be sent once all items are available. Any applicable import taxes or duties, as determined by the laws of the recipient's country or state, must be borne by the customer.

RETURN OF SHIPMENTS:

Aryaneel by Shantiniketan has complete discretion over whether or not to accept returns. If a customer returns an item for reasons not attributable to Aryaneel, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost. Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return. Additionally, international courier standards must be adhered to, and the sender is solely responsible in the event of product loss during return shipment.
